When your order arrives, check the package for possible damage during shipping. As long as your product is unopened, we will be happy to refund your purchase price. It is desirable that the product comes to you in as intact a box as possible, but a damaged or crushed box is not a cause for complaint if the product is undamaged.
Goods or services ordered on the Website will be delivered to you as soon as possible (1 to 3 days). Orders received by 1 p.m. on weekdays will be dispatched the same day to the address provided. If the ordered goods happen to be out of stock, we will let you know immediately. Products that are out of stock are delivered within 7 to 14 days. We ship worldwide. The orders are delivered by DHL, typically on the next day, but no later than 3 days after dispatch. The delivery person will most likely look for you at your provided address in the morning.

Right of withdrawal, return of goods

The products must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, together with all manuals and warranty certificates. Please be sure to enclose a copy of the original invoice with your return. Returns can be sent by post to the address given at the bottom of this page. In the event of withdrawal from the order, the costs of the return of the goods shall be borne by the Buyer. Returns for products damaged or used by the Buyer shall not be accepted.
